Vapor separator tohatsu 50hp tldi

Must pump primer bulb to keep running. Have replaced mechanical fuel pump, noticed foamy gas at fuel rail shrader valve (not running, after sitting 6 hrs.) Lift pump runs a few seconds & stops as always.

Dx the high pressure pump and check the float in the separator.
