Vanguard Phantom- Water under Dash

I have an older model (1984?) Vanguard Phantom with a 115 Mariner on it. Starting this season, on the first time out I was getting a fair bit of water leaking from under the dash. It feels like it is coming from behind the instruments and wheel. Any suggestions where the water might be coming from? Thanks.

If the boat has a speedo thats probably the source of the leak, either the speedo itself or the plastic hose attached to it.
