im not sure, he told me between those 2 upgrades it gave him 25 more hp, he said to get a new head from an aq131 or 140 they both bolt up the same or so he said. ill look up the 2 ignition systems again and post them.

Neither of those links work for your Volvo. The first is for a Delco distributor, the second for a Prestolite. You have neither one, you have a Bosch. One of several different types of Bosch distributors.
