Getting a little scrappy 6 minutes into the second, USA has the better of a couple scoring chances but Finland is carrying the US Zone more then the other way making for at least a couple decent chances including a very close bounce off the glass that the US Goalie nearly knocked into his own net.

Team USA starting to press, Controlling the Half Boards forcing Finland into icing the puck twice, USA Size and Speed starting to become clear, hopefully we will be rewarded for the hard effort soon...

I should say that Finlands Goalie has been very good though as has the Defense in front of him, USA has had its chances but I bet SOG are around 15 so far so not a whole bunch

They are just saying, the difference between this game and canadas is the Fins goaltending is just that much better.

It should be an interesting third, Finland is slowing down so I think the USA should get some really good chances

I don't get TSN on Directv so I am on the NHL Network, I haven't tried to stream it off the TSN website yet

as suspected SOG USA 16 Finland 5 so far

I look for USA to get it on Goal much more and press the net harder then the first two periods, I think they need to rattle the cage of this Goalie and this Defense

But Finland DID have much better chances then the one they scored on, what a great shot! that one would have scored at any level of Hockey!
