Upgrade motor.

I have a V16 Pro Guide Tracker 2016 model with a 4 stroke 60 HP motor. I want to upgrade to a 90 HP. Can I use my same control box and electrical

i am not the expert but typically the same brand and same era will interchange.

What year is the 90 and is it a merc?

If just all general electrical things like livewells, radio, horn, etc yes. That all comes from the battery the motor just resupplies the battery. No direct connections.

If you have a Mercury, adapter harnesses are sold if one is needed.

my new in 2021 Merc 115hp connected right up to the cables and controls on my '06 pontoon and the '05 Merc 60hp it came with, including all smart craft connections.

If you prop it right you ought to be able to leave a wake like is in my Avatar. Essentially the same hull as yours, 2002 Merc 90. I was right at 50 MPH when I put my cell phone over my shoulder and snapped this picture. I think I was running a 24P ballistic SS prop.
