I don't recognize it, and the picture is a little too up close perhaps.. Looks air cooled to me, It might be an Eska or other that use a Techumseh/ Power Products power head but a picture of the whole thing would be better
It looks like a Tecumseh cause of the carb. I will get a better picture later today and post it. I tried to look it up as an Eska but could not find one with a full wrap around gas tank that is plastic.
Stickers? I don't think so. The ID plate on the side of the bracket is visible in your picture. Clean it off and read it. If the paint is gone, sometimes the numbers were embossed and can be read anyway.
