I'm looking at changing the motor on my twin hull cat. It only has a single motor on it. The current motor is mounted high as it has hydraulic tubes that need to be mounted above waterline (see highlighted area in photo). If you look on the hull you can see propeller doesn't really sit to far beneath it. The motor on my other boat (which I am looking at swapping) is much newer and would allow me to mount it 2inches lower. Downside is I would be going from a 115hp to a 90hp. Just chasing thoughts on this
