Ihave a1986 searay 270 amberjack with twin 4.3's The port side engine is down rpms its had new plugs ,wires and rebuilt the carb also a commpression check. all good,but still hasent fixed the issue engine will not get to over 3800rpm HELP thanks

If that is new for you boat, then check outdrive gear ratio.

fuel filter/water sep has been changed.haxe had boat 2 years dont think outdrive ratio is diff from starboard side thanks
