I you use a single controller of the type that has a split to two cables, is can be out of order somehow.

Hi again Roy<br /><br />Now i surely would set a limit on what to investigate on that new motors, you are under warranty. I would draw the line at just looking and checking - not loosening a screw. Someone had the deal of a month ( or the year ) selling you the motors, and you deserve a lot of service and support from him. Take him for a ride and show him the facts.
