Trying to ID V6 4.3 motor

I have a 4.3 motor in a 1930 Ford that indications say it is a marine block but I can't confirm. I found this number on the passenger side back on the block 10472756. Is there a different number I should be looking for on the block to id?

its a chevy 4.3 ?

@Scott Danforth did a bunch of work on the casting numbers for them

FWIW there is no marine block the block is the same as the 4.3 used in trucks as well.

I think the casting will be back on the flywheel cover flange (aka bellhousing) that will be a number like 090 or 090M for the metric blocks (had some bolt holes M10 instead of 3/8-16

BTW, the casting number 10172756 is a 1987 ish block 10472756 doesnt exist.
