trying to fill a need..

I have a 16ft bayliner capri on the original escort trailer, I also have a ATV which I like to take with me. I'm looking for a combo boat trailer with platform up front for the toy, side ramp setup. Any leads? Preferably west coast or online.

Just pull the tongue piece out, replace it with a much heavier wall tube, build your platform and then upgrade the trailer axle for the extra weight.
You may have to move the axle a bit for the proper weight distribution.
Probably gonna need a 3/4 ton truck to haul the extra tongue weight.

Or, get some ramps and carry it in the bed of the truck.

Not sure I agree with you bifflefan. The tubing on the original trailer is setup to hold a 16 footer, adding a heaver tongue tube will stiffen and hold the ATV but may not hold the overall extra weight as it transistions back to the original smaller tubing. Maybe by adding some extra braces to stiffen the smaller tubing will help but probably just go to another trailer manufacture and get a combo.

Wish I had someone to point you to but I have never had any dealings with a combo trailer, but there are a buch out there. Good luck
