Lets see how old some of ya are or how smart ya are? <br /><br />What was the distance "world record" boat jummping from a ramp? How far was the jump? What kind of boat was it? What kind of engine was it and why did they do it?
Don't know all the details but I think it was for a James Bond Movie,Live and let die, and I'll guess the jump at 130ft.That would be early 60's ,say around 1963.No idea what type of engine or who drove it.
One part was right. Live and Let die. 1973. 110 feet in a Glastron. They totaled 17 boats in practice of over 100 jumps. And as you can see its a Rude. <br /><br />
