I have a 3 cylinder mercury bigfoot engine with a Single ram integral tilt/trim. unfortunately the tilt is broken ,only raising the engine to about the third of the distance it usually does. It doesn't appear to be an electircal problem and the hydraulic oil seems at an adequate level. Any ideas on how to rectify the problem?
