Trim Tab ?

Hello,

I have a 17 foot Rinker Runabout with a 120 HP OMC I/O. When under way It is hard to turn the steering wheel to the left. Everything I have read about trim tab adjustment, talks about the boat pulling left or right. That is not the case here. It is just hard to turn left. The prop is brand new. However the Select trim is not working right now. So do I wait until I get that working to see how the boat handles and then adjust the trim tab or what?

Is it easy to move the outdrive back and forth when it is out of the water?

Yes it is easy to turn when out of the water. Its also easy to turn at low speeds. But at high speeds its hard to turn left

This is for a Mercruiser, but the concept is the same.
