Trim Tab zinc anode

I, own a tohatsu 70hp.

I would like to adjust the trim tab, (Zinc Anode) the one at the lower part of the outboard.

Trying to do so i failed , since apparently it is stuck.

Any ideas please?

I usually drill a hole in the outer part of the anode and use a punch and hammer to try to turn it. So far it has always worked.

When old anode is out, clean crew & tail threads with acrylic thinner to remove salt, and grease screw with salt water grease when replacing new tail anode.
