VP 5.8 carb, sx OD 1996. Trim works fine but no action on the gauge. What should I look for? Second small problem, tach not working either. any thoughts? As always, thank you for your help.
I've had this same problem on my '02 VP 5.7Gi for years. I kinda got used to knowing in what position the outdrive is in based on how long I hold the trim button down or up, but I sure wish I knew what's going on with it and there's always something more important to work on other than diagnosing it.
