I was gettin ready to hit the water when I noticed a horizontal crack, that to more investigation , my fiberglass boat aqua tron provee fish and ski boat . Appears that the motor mounting bolts are pulling through a repair job. I didn’t notice when I bought the boat 4/5 years ago . Any advice would be appreciated the outside of the transom looks good it doesn’t leak , the bolts pulling through are the top motor mounting bolts the bottoms seem fine. I thought I could get by with putting a bracket across the top 2 and running a gusset in the center . But now I’m not so sure. All advice is appreciated D4F0881D-C421-4730-82F5-F7F517518325.png644A64B2-4916-4ADB-AD57-8CE80B3FC965.jpegFD158CD3-54A4-412E-BC52-5E483A42DE36.jpegbottom bolts seem fine

Sorry to say, it looks like you need to remove the motor, rebuild the transom completly and more than likely the entire stringers and boat. Rot is often hidden under the glass.

More than likely a new transom. BUT pull off engine and
review holes for damage to transom.
May be able to core out holes, fill with epoxy then glass over. Depends on how much rot there may be.
Could also drill some random holes in transom and review wood shavings as being wet or dry.

Any cracks in the transom area whether on the inside or outside are stress cracks indicating weakness. Like @Grub54891 stated a transom replacement may be necessary and most likely stringers etc. Rot is like rust it continues eating away until it is completely removed. There is no bandaid for it. Do some core samples, it's the only way to be sure.
Noone should take shortcuts in this case because it comes down to safety!

I don't think anyone recommended shortcuts here. Am I missing something?
