Ok….I just got done fixing my motor mounts/stringers on my 1990 sea ray sundancer…now my thought is should I remove my out drive & change out my gimbal bearing & bellows? I haven’t changed them since I’ve owned the boat & it’s been out of the water for 4 or so years…how hard of a job is it?

A whatever. First time doing it will cause words that make your kids giggle. Not really hard if you have the manual in front of you.

Bellows, yes. Gimbal bearing, only if it's rough.

How hard is it depends on what you consider 'hard' and how many 'gotchas' it throws at you. I don't personal consider changing bellows a hard job. PITA, yes. Hard, no.
