Sounds like the boat was anchored from the stern.....very sad....very lucky

Yes it is sad. Ignorance and lack of knowledge played a big part in this tragedy. They did not belong out in the ocean in a 22 foot boat with seven foot waves. Very lucky that more people did not perish.
