Tower of Power Torque Specs

I have a 1979 Mercury 115hp, can anyone tell me what the torque spec is for the cylinder block cover bolts? I have stepped them up to 80in pounds working in a cross pattern from center out, seems about right to me but would like to know the actual setting.

Thanks Gerry, sure appreciate the quick and useful response. For those that might not be able to get the download; the torque setting for the cylinder cover bolts is 85in lbs.
