It is extremely doubtful that you'll find an 'original top'. You can call any marine canvas shop to make a top for any boat. They will come out and talk to you about what you're looking for. They'll take some measurements, give you a price, then make one up. As for the Tach, any 3rd party instruments manufacturer can handle that too. Faria and Teleflex are the most common. Most sell them either as individual guages or in a complete set of guages
