Good point ^^. I need a new bow pad on the winch post and it'll likely make a change in that measurement so I'll adjust it then. It's only about half a roller back from the outside of the stern now though. I had a look and can't see any hook in the hull.
Since the motor's coming off for storage, I may look at putting some paint on the bottom if I can find something that's supposed to stick to old seasoned aluminum. Any suggestions welcome.
