Greetings, I would appreciate some information, I have a tohatsu 9.9 when start I can not stop, I tried to gather the cableslanyard stop switch, but remains the same, I can only cut gasoline supplies, would appreciate any help

Did you actually remove the lanyard clip? It should have stopped the motor. If not I'd say the switch is defective.

Either the stop switch, the wiring, or the CD is bad. Most common is the switch. Next wire. Rarely, Rarely the CD.
