Did anyone see the Commandants birthday message this year? My wife (active duty Sgt.)and I (active duty SSgt.) had a discussion it, she didnt like the message because it seemed like a history lesson to her. When i reminded her that it was more of a reminder of what got us into this current war, and why we are still fighting it she understood it a lot more. I wish more people than us Marines would see this video to renew their vision and understanding of what we are really fighting against.
