there is a member here in the MFG forum (at the bottom of threads)that had the same problem he is in methuem mass.
he had to register it in NH. then transfer it to Mass.
maybe you can PM him and talk.
I'm not exactly sure where to find that member, I looked at the bottom of the thread and found only some similar circumstances, but nobody from Methuen. How would I go about contacting that member? thanks
