wow sorry:facepalm: its for a 1976-77 90hp chrysler force serial#907HC its the last piece to the puzzle and i can get my boat in the water before everything freezes

could you give a better description of the part?
I thought 1976 used a standard 1/2" fine thread carriage bolt with a nylon locknut and some friction washers. I didn't think actual tilt tubes appeared on Force engines until the 1990's.
