I recently bought a 1970 85 hp johnson w/ hydro electric drive. After mounting it on boati realized there is no tilt tube !?!? How can i fix this problem ? CHEAP !!!
Take a look here at the fourth one down. They also make a transom mount that uses a different type of transom bracket, teleflex has them. If you google front mount steering kits I think you will come up with several options. http://www.nicksoutboardmarine.com/steeringpg8.html
