90 bayliner 150 hp force. tilt not working motor spinning no movment any test to see what component might be bad so it not a guessing game thanks

if fluid is tan then add 30W-ND motor oil with Non-Detergent being way more important than weight.

if it still does this after being filled then one of the aluminum plugs in bottom of valve body has probably stretched with time. They do that with 125 & 150HP engines. When they stretch out enough then the cap pops off and the pump just doesn't do anything. There's nothing you can do except take it to someone with spare parts or buy a new one. The aluminum plug is NSS - Not Sold Separately.

If it isn't the fluid and it isn't the plug then it would be the trim cylinder piston. Fluid wouldn't go past a break in the tilt piston fast enough to fit your description.
