Tilt/trim seals

I'm looking for a part number for tilt trim seals for a 1990 evinrude 70hp. And a source for the spanner wrench as well if anyone knows of one

Should be able to make the tool from flat stock and pins but here is the special tool

The seal kits appears to be 0434519
Just google Evinrude 0434519 and it will come up with several sites. Then make sure it list your model year

You may want to double check the oring kit part number at the factory exploded parts website: epc.brp.com. Looks like you may need this part number: 393942. It's current, includes all oring for overhaul except the tilt cylinder oring.
