Tilt for lower end unit

Just a quick question I have a problem with my tilt on my lower end unit. It goes up when it wants to, but when I try to trim it down it doesn't go. Any simple things to check before getting a new pump? Thanks

electrical connections for corrosion

could be a bad/sticky "down" solenoid

the pump is fine cuz the drive goes up

wiring seems good checked from control to back is there fluid that needs added?
