tilt and trim stuck in up position

got a 1987 90hp Yamaha 2-stroke with trim and trim. today it worked fine then when I trimmed it all the way up it will not go down. the trim motor runs when I push the button but the unit does not move????

can you open the manual release and get it to lower?

maybe the coupling on the motor to the pump came apart or the pivot points are binding up

tried turns the manual release screw but it does not want to turn. can only get it to move a little back and forth. don't want to break it.

ok. got the screw to turn and release. trim working now. thanks for the help!
