I have a 1989 15 HP Johnson electric start outboard. Mod.# J15ELCEC

This motor was set up with remote steering and throttle controls, but it use to be a tiller motor. I am looking for a tiller with the throttle controls up to the linkage and the electrical wiring. Does anyone know where I can get used parts or a good deal on a new package deal??? Or any ways to jerry rig it to work without looking too horrible? I thought of using a mini bike twist grip throttle but with the flimsy throttle wire it wouldn't work without a return spring on the throttle linkage. which my motor does not have. I dont think it is suppose to, but Im not sure??? Any help would be greatly appreciated
