Thud noise when trimming prop down under load

Ok another prop related question on my

2004 Chapparel 204 SSi 5.0 mercruiser​

If I take off from stop WOT with my prop trimmed up just a little and I trim it down into water while under this heavy load i can hear/feel a brief thud. This does not occur during trim operations on plane or at idle. It has occured with two different props so I suspect my trim actuators. I did measure the play of the prop movement in or out of lower foot at 1/32 inches

Ayuh,..... The in/ out movement is normal,.....

As for the clunk,.... Trim full down, before you slam the throttle,.....
