Throttle not opening all the way

Ok I have a johnson 115 with a 73 model johnson shifter. I just replaced the f/n/r cable and now am having issues with the throttle. When the shifter is in forward the throttle opens up 100% but in reverse it barely opens. Im not sure if this is correct so this is why im on hrte asking for any info available. Thanks

If you have all the cable adjustments correct, you won't get full throttle in reverse.
