Throttle control problem

Hi.
I also have a neutral button that sticks, but I'm not sure if it is the same type as discussed here.
How do I remove the gear that sits behind the neutral button, to get access to the spring?

It is the internal part of a Volvo control, but Volvo did not make it them self. It should be the same mechanism as TFX / Teleflex / Morse.

I found a spring from an old stapler that fits around the button, and that solved the problem! The drawing from VP does not show a spring here, but it seems logical that it should be there.
