throttel/shifter locatation

hello all
I have a 2000 trophy 2302and I would like to put a kicker on it, just wondering if anybody has sugestions as to where the best spot is to put the controls, pictures would be great

also im wanting to repower. I have a merc 150 2 stroke on it now .I was wondering if the new 150 four stroke would be big enough, has anybody have one of these on ther boat

How I did it, lower control is the kicker. You can just see the troll master speed control STBD side behind wheel. Directly behind the helm is the sport pilot auto helm. An unbeatable combination of speed control and auto steering.

nice set up ,but it wouldn't work for me, I have a cuboard door right there
