Polititions will always say and do what they please. It's only the republicans that have no balls and run when something like this is said. Trent Lott, ran to the nearest rock and hid. His republican "brothers" had no balls and let him down. Forget the media, they are as racist as they come and will only crucify a white dude. Trent lott should have never resigned, and his fellow republicans should have stood by his side.<br />I am so sick of the racist black man, I can't see straight. Here in Cincinnati, we have "black leaders" (now that's a joke) saying that cops are getting shot because blacks are being targeted for crime. No, they are committing crimes and the police are trying to do their job and arrest crimminals. I will agree, in the old days, blacks got the raw end of the deal, that has all changed. Today, blacks are given a free pass to do and say whatever they want.....that has to change. It's time for PEOPLE to all be held to the same standard. By the way, we are talking about race isssues here, so to me it seams to be black and white. This has nothing to do with "heritage" or religion, so I can;t see the need to go into countries of origin....such as African American, or Jewish American, or Italian American, etc. Afterall, it was Ray Nagin who described New Orleans as "Chocolate".
