Hey that old girl has some nice lines! I love the shape of the older SN's and they are now a very rare find.

Does anyone know if theres anywhere we can buy console switches that are OEM or resemble the ones we have on our sea nymphs?

Re: The Official Sea Nymph Forum for seanymph Boat Owners

Well, I just found this forum as I was searching for parts for mine - I need a new windshield but more importantly two seat brackets that fit mine!

Here are a couple of picture of the day I got it but understand this was two years ago and it don't look as good as back then but I do love it. One caveat. I took in last year for routine maintenance and the mechanic suggested new seals for the lower unit. I paid him the $300 and two months later the lower unit went out. I just learned that he either did NOT install them correctly and in maybe didn't replace all of them! Costly for me as its another $750...

...Have a question for all of us: What is the hull thickness and aluminum grade of the Sea Nymph CC 191's ?...

Takeyourbase

Hey man, check this out
attachment.php

listed as 0.100 , thicker than most starcrafts at .080

I regret passing up a cheap 1984 CC191 last fall and I've been a little obsessed ever since. If you ever need someone to take a ride ill buy gas!

I ended up with an 18' starcraft this past march.
I'm also in CT, I fish reefs out of branford to clinton.

Re: The Official Sea Nymph Forum for seanymph Boat Owners

I'm new to owning boat and was able to acquire a 1990 SS175 Fish-N-Ski with a Johnson 70hp, according to the original bill of sale found in the boat. I have a factory packaged boat, motor and trailer. Just started cleaning to see what I have, would like to find an owners manual or something so I know how to test and locate everything (live wells and other equip). Would also like to locate another original swivel seat and post if possible. Will post pics and questions for support as they arise (I'll try to keep them to a minimum. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

Welcome to the SN forum Beaver, I'm sure there are some guys lurking around that have the same boat.

Re: The Official Sea Nymph Forum for seanymph Boat Owners

I am not an owner yet, but seriously considering a trade for one. The boat I am looking at is a 1990 19.5 GLS. It comes with an interesting looking all weather soft top that is three sections. I have heard that these boats have composite or glass floors. Can anyone here add knowledgeable information about what material the floor decking is? I was thinking that they were made with plywood.

My 91 GLS 195 has plywood floors just recently redone but I have an I/O with Cobra Outdrive and have not seen anyother like it so I'm not sure one with an outboard is same way or not

Thanks for the reply about the floors (deck) material. I believe the deal is solid and we will be meeting this Saturday for a test cruise.
