It is hard to tell from a video, but it seems to run and pump water so I'd say, test it out on a nearby lake and see how it runs.

Hi. On your YouTube video you ask if there is too much smoke. It almost always seems that way when you are tank testing. Once you get it out and underway on a lake or river, you won't even notice the smoke.

Yea, the smoke is normal for a 2 stroke. Pumping good water. Sounds good to me.
