we've got some livewell issues probably needs replaced, bilge pump (auto) not working, new motor but not hooked up, probably a new gas tank... the boat was last run in 2002... worked great... he has a Bass Cat and hasn't had time to do the general maintainance on it. needs new gages as well.. the tach was not working properly and was suggested to just replace all of them. As far as the general appearance and upkeep, the transum was replaced and rebuilt, carpet and seats have all been updated and kept. The trailer was rebuilt. So it is just the minor yearly upkeeps...

I would be very interested to see more posts about this boat, as I have a 5.3m I am about to rebuild. My motor is in great shape (Evinrude 140) but the floor is rotted out and the paint is horribly faded.
I've seen the rebuild thread of a similar Terry here on the forums and know which direction I need to go, but I'll be posting progress here in a new thread and hopefully will have the benefit of the readers when I stumble. This will be my first rebuild and I have a very limited knowledge of boats.
I wish there were more information available about these great bass boats.
