telltale (peehole) fitting 1996 225hp

hi,
can someone help me identify the name of this part, or what category to look in.
My freind purchased a 1996 johnson 225hp vro.

the actual plastic "peehole" fitting itself, the last point water exits. this plastic part that the hoses hook up to is whats needed.

Sorry I do not have a photo or model # at the moment.

on smaller motors I have seen its one hose to this "nipple" water exiting.
on his its like a 3 way, one for the water, one from the thermostats I believe, and one goes to a rubber hose loose, like a breather I suppose.

Look in exhaust adapter, the big rubber piece #61 is called a grommet-#62 is called a plug( little hole thing the water comes out of) #63 is the o-ring for #62.

it doesnt quite look like his current piece, ill double check the model # , someone probably rigged up something custom over the years is probably why the current part he has doesnt really fit or appesrs to be missing a nut or way to keep it on.
