Compared to most, mine's a youngun....

Our baby boat.....paid $950 for it and it was on the water two days after purchase.

1985 Wellcraft 180 Fisherman with a 115hp OMC Seadrive!

Have owned it 20 years and she averages over 2,000 hours a year! Great boat!

I am a proud owner of a 1967 Cobia(what i believe is a Sea Queen). My friends dad gave it to me a few months ago. I have a little restoration to do but nothing out of the ordinary. Rotten wood mostly. My friends dad is also giving me a 70 hp Johnson to go with it. When I'm done she'll have another 50 years in her. can't wait to be back out on the water with her again.

I also have a 1972 "Annapolis 26", 26 foot, sailboat. I bought it off of my landlord and have had an amazing time sailing it over the last year. I'd like a little more head room though.

My current boat is a 1970 Thunderbird Cathedral Hull (Seminole). I am currently restoring it, hope to be ready for the lake this summer.

Age of a boat is of lesser of importance than condition. I own a 1995 martinique 3600 which is the process of being restored. I also own 1978 bayliner cruiser which is in better condition. I have worked on boats three to 5 years old that have been beat to death. Left outside uncovered. I believe care and maintenance to be the fountain of youth for most vessels.
