Tee Nee trailer, year unknown: all advice welcome

This weekend I picked up a Tee Nee trailer. It doesn't have a title, but the serial number is 64709. Is there a listing somewhere that will help me figure out what year it is, or does anyone know? It's been painted, but it was originally yellow, so I reckon it is pre-1962.

It seems to be in reasonable shape structurally, but boy howdy are all the bolts rusted. Any tips on loosening these up? My usual MO is a blowtorch, but these are rusted to the point of being misshapen, and I'm not sure that's going to do it.

I don't have any experience with trailering at all, but I did read a recent post that put together a to-do list for restoring these things. I'm open to any tips y'all have.

Thanks.

If the nut or head of a bolt is still in good enough shape, use a six-point impact socket and a breaker bar and just twist 'em off by trying to tighten them. Then drive the bolt out with a pin punch and a 24 oz. ball pein hammer. It's the fastest method and does the least damage. This will work on up to 3/8" bolts. It's tougher on 1/2" bolts. An impact wrench will twist those off easily, though.

I stripped an old boat trailer down this way in about an hour, from start to finish. Then I used an angle grinder on the frame and repainted it, then re-assembled the thing with stainless steel fasteners.

It all worked great, and I had a rebuilt trailer in an easy weekend.
