Re: Tahoe Q6sport versus Q7i
I have been following that thread closely, and have not yet seen hard fast evidence that shows Tahoe is at fault. I mean really, SHOULD they have to pay IF the company that transported the boat caused the damage? What if BPS caused the damage, should Tahoe still pay?[/QUOTE]
I have no personal beef with Tahoe. In fact I said it's ashamed because their boats and price are so appealing. I just have read extensively numerous consumer reports and complaints from Tahoe owners with Tahoe Boats and their attitude and poor service toward their Customers. If your a Member of BoatUS go to their members only site and type in Customer complaints Tahoe Boats. Go to the Better Business Bureau and type in the same. I hope Tahoe will listen and take heed because they have a very attractive product at a very reasonable price. But as this tread is Stringer pushing through the bottom of Boat. This is a Multiple Boat issue problem with Tahoe's Engineering that they need to address very seriously. Severe multiple cracks in Fiberglass another major problem, also 4-6 weeks at the factory or dealers for repairs is totally unacceptable. That's half of the boating season. Sorry if I offend you but I did the research and they have had numerous major issues. BaineyG has had this structural problem with his boat now six weeks or longer and they still are dragging their feet, but finally they did wake up after a letter from BoatUS. If your considering a Tahoe do the research before putting your money down. If you won one and your happy with it THAT'S GREAT!

My response is "Who holds the five year warranty? or maybe a better way to say is "Who warrantied the boat for five years? What does the warranty say?
