Hi, got a question about my Taco Outrigger. The black nob that you turn to raise or lower the outrigger seems to be stuck. It won't turn. Any idea how to remove it? I think the rigger part disengaged from the handle but I can't seem to see how the nob is attached (I don't see any screw/bolt). I did remove the plastic cover and no bolt or screw to loosen/tighten. Thanks.
