I have a 1994 Four Winns 180 Horizon I picked up a few weeks ago with a 5.0l HO. We replaced the intake manifold and the engine now runs great, but the tachometer has an issue. When the key is turned to the ON position the tach needle moves backwards and rests at 7,000 rpm. When you start the boat up and rev the engine, the tach needle moves correctly in a clockwise fashion, past the bottom of the tach and toward 0 rpm. What could be causing this issue? Thanks
