Ok so I am still trying to get my 1970 60hp evinrude running.... Still to no avail it dies when the throttle cam hits the carb roller. I have looked at the seloc manual and an evinrude manual. Both just have a few sentance blurb about syncronization which says set the throttle cam mark on the center of the carb roller.... Any help would be appreciated!
