suzuki dt115 knocking

I just pulled the head off. cylinders wet. So blown headgasket. Question is. I have a fairly prominent knock. The pistons are tight dont move like they would if bearing was gone. so what else could cause the knock.

you are this far into it, find the source of the noise. pull all pistons and crank and inspect them
