Suzuki 30 horse, 89. After sitting 3 years, got told i need to soak the carbs. So, i got them off and down to the float. Do i leave float on when i soak the carb in cleaner, take o ring out? soak and blow it out?

You must preferably dismantle the whole thing ... take pics if you gonna forget .... soak over night blow each part with compressed air and then re-assemble ....
