Ok that may not be real... but I think this one is...

Next time I don;t think he will sit in the boat during the launch..

That has been floating through the cyber world for a while. I saw it a couple of years ago and it didn't look quite as drastic as it does here. Lots of photoshop work, you can see the pixels don't line up at all.

That pic is real. I read the story in a boating mag years ago when it happened. Their account was that the spreader bar on the crane/davit was misaligned and caused the boat to slide forward in the slings, nosediving into the drink. You can't see it in the pic because of the red circle, but there are actually 2 people on that boat. You can see the other guys arm just to the left of the fender on the port side.

It was a new purchase and the maiden splashing (pun intended) and was witnessed by the new owner AS WELL AS THE INSURANCE COMPANY AGENT!!

There is an after pic of the guys in the drink and some nice oil slick drifting by...

Yeah Looks like a heck of a ride whatever happened. Notice he's not wearing a PDF.. but in your second pic it looks like they or maybe a throwable is floating.

Just to continue this semi off topic. my wifes Ex husband (he's helpless but harmless so he calls me for advice all the time) was having his Dodge truck towed to a shop. (blew a motor had not changed the oil in 30.000 miles or more need I say more... der)

anyways tow drive dropped the truck then went to pull out od the driveway. hit a firehydrant... Thar she blows... the water of course was shooting right into his truck.. (window down)

Lucky thing. maybe the tow drives Ins Co will replace the truck now.. ha ha ha or say it's totaled but worthless because the motor was blown..

either way great stupid human trick.. LOL

I assumed that the throwables came from the workers at the marina where they were trying to launch the boat. It's a lucky thing that they weren't trapped under the boat when it rolled. Can you imagine if they were in the cabin or engine room when this happened? Would be a totally different thread...

Someone just emailed me this same pic. Only now it has been photo shopped and has word 'OBAMA' on the rear window.
